Next Solution lab is an AI research and software development company. We are looking for AI Engineer who can contribute in our ongoing AI projects.

Job responsibilities:

• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML models.
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements.
• Machine learning tests automation and experiments.
• Train and fine tune systems when necessary with custom data.
• Scale up deep learning training.
• Modify existing model with custom requirement.
• Tune hyper parameter and optimize model performance.
• Ability to implement papers on AI.
• Demonstrated history of model research and design.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent degree from any reputed university of Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements:

1 year above in AI based Software Development is required, but freshers are also encouraged to apply if you have good problem-solving skills and have good profile in kaggle platform.

For Freshers, Next Solution Lab usually offer a 3 to 6 months training program to develop their skill in AI and Software development.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experienced with frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras / PyTorch, OpenCV, Scipy, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas etc.
• Basics of machine learning algorithms (linear regression, logistic regression, CNN, RNN, LSTM, CTC, GAN, Encoder-decoder, Attention mechanism).
• Experienced with git.
• Familiar with Linux command.

Office Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range: BDT 38,000.00 - BDT 45,000.00
