Next Solution lab is an AI research and software development company. We are looking for AI Engineer (Tech Lead) who can contribute in our ongoing AI projects.

Job responsibilities:

• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML models
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
• Machine learning tests automation and experiments
• Train and retrain systems when necessary with custom data
• Scale up deep learning training
• Modify existing model with custom requirement
• Tune hyper parameter and optimize model performance
• Ability to implement papers on AI.
• Demonstrated history of model research and design

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent degree from any reputed university of Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements:

More than 2 years in AI based Software Development is required.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experienced with frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras / PyTorch, OpenCV, Scipy, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas etc.
• Basics of machine learning algorithms (linear regression, logistic regression, CNN, RNN, LSTM, CTC, GAN, Encoder-decoder, Attention mechanism)
• Experienced with git.
• Familiar with Linux command lines

Office Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range:

• Start from BDT 60,000.00 Above (Upper limit is negotiable depending on experience & skills)
