Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Cross-Platform App Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cross-platform development frameworks, a knack for solving complex problems, and a desire to mentor others. You will take a lead role in projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive the future of our mobile products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for our mobile applications using cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into polished, user-friendly apps.
- Architect and implement robust mobile solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Integrate with backend services, third-party APIs, and other data sources.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the team.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery consumption.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development process.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proven expertise in at least one major cross-platform framework like React Native or Flutter.
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Dart.
- Solid experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Provider).
- Demonstrable experience integrating with RESTful APIs and other web services.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- A strong portfolio of published applications on the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Firebase or AWS.
