Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models and pipelines.
- Explore and fine-tune open-source LLM models for different use cases.
- Contribute to NLP tasks (text classification, summarization, translation, sentiment analysis, etc.).
- Work on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-driven AI solutions.
- Contribute to building Agentic AI systems (multi-agent collaboration, tool-using LLMs, decision-making pipelines).
- Participate in Computer Vision projects (object detection, segmentation, recognition).
- Research, prototype, and benchmark ML models to improve performance.
- Support in preparing datasets, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Collaborate with senior engineers in delivering innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Document findings, experiments, and progress regularly.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Basic knowledge of NLP techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with open-source LLMs (Hugging Face, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.).
- Exposure to RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
- Understanding of Computer Vision concepts (CNNs, YOLO, U-Net, OpenCV).
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a research-driven environment.
Nice to Have (Plus Points):
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML deployment.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, FastAPI, MLflow.
- Previous research/project work in AI/ML.
