Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership ability to drive AI initiatives from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions, managing projects end-to-end, and collaborating effectively with international clients. This is a leadership position requiring strong project management, client communication, and technical depth across Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLMs, multimodal AI, and MLOps/DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end, from problem definition to deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with foreign clients, communicate project updates, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project teams, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Research, design, fine-tune, and optimize Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLMs, and multimodal AI systems.
- Work with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and vector databases for agentic and retrieval-augmented systems.
- Customize and optimize models through fine-tuning, network modification, and quantization techniques.
- Design scalable AI pipelines and integrate them with cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Apply DevOps and MLOps best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with international clients.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Expertise in Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLMs, and multimodal systems.
- Hands-on experience in fine-tuning, optimization, quantization, and architecture modifications.
- Proficiency with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and multiple vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
- Strong understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices with emphasis on AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools.
- Strong coding skills in Python with libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers.
