Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in applied AI and a solid foundation in deep learning research and development. The candidate should be able to understand complex network architectures, fine-tune and optimize LLMs and multimodal models, and contribute to training large-scale models in the cloud. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative AI systems, collaborate with senior engineers, and gain hands-on experience in advanced AI domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, analyze, and extend deep learning architectures for AI applications.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs, multimodal, and generative AI models.
- Contribute to research and experimentation with diffusion-based models.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and multiple vector databases.
- Implement optimization techniques including fine-tuning, quantization, and architecture modifications.
- Deploy and train models in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project leads on end-to-end AI solutions.
- Follow DevOps/MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Document experiments, results, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, Diffusion models).
- Hands-on experience in LLM training, fine-tuning, and multimodal AI systems.
- Knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
- Basic understanding of cloud-based AI training (AWS preferred).
- Solid foundation in Python with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps concepts (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, model serving, monitoring).
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn advanced AI techniques.
